Happy Easter ▌Fort Huachuca Photographer, Arizona

It's been a fun filled week of Easter activities: Shopping for special chocolates for the Easter baskets at Marshall's was cut short due to a serious diaper malfunction. Art class with all three boys found me capable of coloring eggs with a 2 year old, and a 4 year old, while breastfeeding. Thanks to Julie's gift of a "hooter hider" I maintained a very small amount of dignity. And tonight our little Bundle made his neighborhood debut at the flashlight egg hunt, which was awesome, and I'll pat myself on the back for thinking to put reflective belts on both of my older kids and didn't lose anyone. One of the most wonderful joys of parenthood is watching the excitement and wonder in the eyes of a child as they dye their first egg, or discover a plastic egg is filled with candy. I guess I should hit the hay so I am ready to make all those wonderful moments happen for the boys all day tomorrow. A very Happy Easter to our family and friends, these are for you:

(When the General's wife gives you sweet bunny ears, one must make good use of them! This is my new go-to picture for that special day when he brings a girl home...)

So it is 6:18 am Easter morning here. I set my alarm for 5:30 to "help" the Easter Bunny hide eggs. I guess my girl set her alarm too and she caught me red handed. Gooooo Parenthood! :) That last picture of the bundle is too much! The lighting is amazing, his pose impeccable and the ears...well, just icing on the cake! Have a very Happy Easter!

the intense concentration in that first photo.....

the sweet, shy smile in the second one and...

THOSE EARS!

I bet you never have to buy any sugar....you have all the sweetness in the world in those 3 little boys.

Love that last pic - I think for his 14th Birthday you should have it printed large and hang it some where prominent in your home. When he begs you to take it down agree .... but remind him that if he displeases you at all it will be rehung, without warning. That should keep him on the straight and narrow until he is safely married and someone else's responsibility! Seriously, it is too cute! Happy Easter.
